Teacher injured by IED explosion in Sagaing city
The Improvised Explosive Device IED planted by the opposition, exploded on 19 October 2023 morning rush hour and a teacher from local high-school traveling alone on motorbike was injured.
According to the statement released by local police department Ms. Muu Poe San 30, an Assistant teacher at Nyaung Tone village high school was traveling from Sagaing city to her school when the IED planted by opposition forces to attack military vehicle exploded prematurely caused injuries on her right hand. She was admitted to Sagaing public hospital for treatment.
